These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services provided by Aquatec Pool Care LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or scheduling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully.
All pool services must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are subject to technician availability. By booking with Aquatec Pool Care LLC, you confirm that you are authorized to request services at the listed property.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Certain services may require deposits or prepayment. Aquatec Pool Care LLC reserves the right to suspend or decline service for outstanding balances.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or late cancellations may result in a service fee at the company’s discretion.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the pool area. If our technician cannot access the property or pool, the visit may be billed as a trip charge.
If a pool is excessively dirty, green, or requires specialized treatment beyond routine maintenance, additional charges may apply. Aquatec Pool Care LLC will communicate recommendations and estimated costs before performing extra work.
We use industry-standard chemicals and balancing procedures. However, water quality can be affected by weather conditions, water level, equipment issues, or property usage. Clients are responsible for maintaining proper water levels and reporting concerns promptly.
Any repairs, part replacements, or new equipment installations are billed separately from weekly service. Aquatec Pool Care LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or equipment failures that occur outside scheduled service visits. Quotes will be provided prior to work.
While we take all reasonable precautions, Aquatec Pool Care LLC is not liable for damages that arise from:
Pre-existing equipment or structural issues
Plaster deterioration, cracks, or tile problems
Improper water chemistry occurring between visits
Weather events, debris, or environmental conditions
Equipment failure unrelated to work performed
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
Any warranties on parts or equipment are provided solely by the manufacturer. Aquatec Pool Care LLC does not guarantee the lifespan or performance of equipment beyond the manufacturer’s stated warranty.
All website content—including text, images, graphics, and design elements—is the property of Aquatec Pool Care LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We respect your privacy. Personal information submitted through our website or booking forms is used exclusively to deliver requested services and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.
